Michelle Tredenick
Michelle Tredenick is a non-executive director of IAG Limited, Bank of Queensland, Cricket Australia and Urbis Pty Ltd. She is also a member of the board of The Ethics Centre and the University of Queensland Senate. She chairs an Information Technology Board Committee and has chaired a Remuneration Board Committee as well as being a member of Audit and Risk Committees across her board portfolio.
Michelle has extensive experience operating in a broad range of industries, including banking, insurance, wealth management, education services, health insurance, superannuation and technology. She also runs her own corporate advisory business advising boards and CEOs on strategy and technology.
Michelle's executive career included roles on the executive teams of a number of Australia's largest companies, including NAB, MLC and Suncorp. Her experience spans time as CIO with all of these companies, as well as head of Strategy and Marketing and divisional profit and loss roles in Corporate Superannuation, Insurance and Funds Management. She has twice been awarded Banking and Finance CIO of the year and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Michelle has a strong history of supporting and enabling women. Since transitioning to a portfolio career, Michelle has become a particularly active mentor of women in business.
