Ming Long

Ming Long is an experienced non-executive director in financial services, investment management and, professional associations. She has held leadership positions including CEO and CFO roles with a demonstrated consistent and successful track record of taking on challenging roles throughout her executive career. She is one of only a handful of CEOs with an Asian heritage who have led an ASX-100 or 200 listed entity in Australia. Ming brings a unique insight and perspective to boards from her leadership roles through corporate M&A and challenging markets, including successfully navigating the global financial crisis. Ming is an influential thought leader. She led the establishment of the Property Male Champions of Change in the real estate industry, was named as one of the 100 Women of Influence, was a finalist in the Telstra Business Women's Awards, and in 2020 was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for significant contribution to the financial and real estate sectors and to diversity and inclusion. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors. Ming is currently a Non-Executive Director of Telstra, IFM Investors, QBE Insurance (Auspac), CEDA and Chair of Diversity Council Australia. Ming has an Economics and Law degree, and a Masters in Business Administration.
