    Minh Dao

    Minh Dao
    Minh Dao is a National Board Member for KPMG Australia. In addition, she is the National Energy & Utilities Sector Lead and Deputy Lead, National Deals Tax Group. With over 25 years deals tax experience, Minh has built her career specialising in large infrastructure and energy transactions. She has advised on some of Australia’s most high-profile transactions, including ASX takeovers and privatisations. With a recent focus on energy transition transactions, including solar, wind, battery and waste to energy, helping her clients achieve net zero carbon emissions. She is currently the Executive Sponsor of the KPMG Leaders 2025 program and the KPMG Belong Network. Minh’s commitment to her clients and colleagues has been recognized by fellow industry leaders, winning the Tax Institute Corporate Tax Advisor of the Year in 2015 and being a finalist for the Women in Finance, Tax Accountant of the Year award in 2018 and 2020.
