    Naomi is a proven transformational CEO with deep commercial and operational experience in significant essential infrastructure across Australasia. Naomi has worked at CEO and C suite level for the last 15 years in the energy, resources, industrial and health sectors in a range of line and functional roles. Naomi is currently CEO of Ryman Healthcare, the largest provider of integrated retirement living and aged care villages in New Zealand and Victoria. Across Naomi’s career, she has led significant and complex change agendas involving multiple stakeholders, using change as a catalyst to unlock business performance and value.
