As a member of Charter Hall’s Executive, I bring almost 20 years of people and organisational experience across start-up and mature businesses in public, private, franchised and not-for-profit sectors within Australia and Asia-Pacific. As Chief Experience Officer (CXO), I am responsible for creating customer centric strategies across the Group using the levers of culture, internal and external brand, organisational capability, sustainability and community investment Prior to joining Charter Hall, I was the Head of People and Development at Valad where I established and led the organisation’s Human Resources function, and the publishing multinational Wolters Kluwer where I was instrumental in transforming its operating model.
