Natasha Winton

Natasha’s career spans government, public and private sectors. She has worked across many sectors/industries, always with a theme of international experience and cultural exposure with a particular focus on the Asia Pacific region. Prior to first joining BCG in 2002 as a consultant, Natasha worked in financial services and for the Australian Trade Commission, including as a diplomat in Manila. Her move into People/HR came in 2007 when she took on the Learning & Development portfolio for BCG’s ANZ business. From there she moved into various regional and global People/HR roles before leaving BCG in 2013 to take on executive roles in mid-sized Australian companies, including as Executive Manager HR for GenesisCare, Australia’s largest private provider of radiotherapy services. In 2018 Natasha returned to BCG with a vision and ambition to drive global change in the organisation’s HR/People function. In 2022 she was promoted to Managing Director and Partner and became BCG’s first regional Chief HR Officer. Throughout her career, Natasha has been a strong and practical supporter of women, mentoring some formally and many informally. She aspires to help others learn some of the hard lessons she has learnt without the hard experiences and shares her time and stories generously, honestly and with vulnerability. She speaks frequently and passionately about authentic leadership on panels within BCG and from time to time externally. Natasha is a strong supporter of women in sport and a nationally-accredited netball umpire who gives her time on a volunteer basis to grass roots netball.
