    Nicole Duncan
    With over 25+ years of experience in mining, Nicole most recently served as Managing Director at NickelSearch Limited. Prior to this, she held executive positions at BHP and South32, where Nicole gained expertise in various aspects of the industry, including exploration, project development and execution, technology, and corporate transactions. Nicole started her career as a lawyer, and relevantly was inaugural General Counsel and Company Secretary of South32 Limited.
