Nicole Glazebrook

Offering more than two decades of senior executive leadership Nicole Glazebrook has repeatably combined her undeniable skill in developing financial operating models with her passion for enabling others. Successfully transitioning from an executive career in Institutional banking to the CFO & General Manager of Corporate Services for Australia’s most important social enterprises and financial intermediary, the National Disability Insurance Agency. More recently applying her unique insights into the machinery of government and big business to quietly help shape policy and develop better operating models in the health, disability services and not for profit sectors, focused on deepening access to paid employment while designing better resource acquisition pipelines for commercial business operations. Nicole is a champion for people with lived experience of disability, using her privileged leadership position to educate and improve accessibility for everyday Australians.
