Nicole Hollows

Nicole Hollows
Nicole has over 20 years experience as a CEO and CFO in ASX listed, private and government owned companies, across resources and utilities industries. Her experience spans strategy, culture, operations, safety, infrastructure development, accounting and finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital and risk management, and corporate governance. Nicole was CEO of Sunwater Limited and earlier at Macarthur Coal Limited before it was taken over by Peabody in late 2011 for $5 billion. Nicole is currently a non executive director of Chief Executive Women Limited, non executive Chair of Jameson Resources Limited and Commercial Advisor to Square Resources. Nicole is a committee member of the Queensland University of Technology School of Business and Law CEO Strategy Group and former member of the Salvation Army Queensland Council and Chair of the Corporate and Philanthropic Council (including Red Shield Appeal) for the Salvation Army. Nicole was previously a non executive director of Qube Limited and Downer EDI Limited and previously the Chair of Membership and Finance Audit Risk committees of Chief Executive Women Limited. She is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and Chief Executive Women.
