Pauline Vamos

Pauline is Chair of the Governance Institute of Australia, a non-executive director of, Mercer Superannuation Australia Limited, and the Banking and Finance Oath (BFO) and Chief Executive Women. Pauline is also Chairman of Interaction Disability Services and the Money tech Group. She has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, including as a senior regulator with ASIC, and having held directorships on listed and fiduciary entities and been an international adviser on pensions governance. She was also CEO of Regnan and the CEO of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA) for almost nine years.
A qualified lawyer, Pauline was voted ‘most influential in the financial services industry’ by Money Management and the ‘most influential in the superannuation industry’ by Super Review. In 2013, Pauline was recognised as one of the ‘Australian Financial Review and Westpac 100 Women of Influence.’ Pauline was awarded the Superannuation Executive of the Year in the Women In Financial Services Awards 2016.
