    Penelope Dudley
    Penny was appointed as Chief Legal Officer in 2016, having joined Bupa in 2010. Immediately prior to this appointment, Penny held the role of Bupa Global Market Unit's Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs. Penny has extensive international legal experience in regulated financial services, originally qualifying as a solicitor in Australia, and subsequently relocating to the UK where she has held in-house legal roles at Invesco, and Macquarie. She was previously in private practice with Herbert Smith Freehills. Penny holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Law from Queensland University of Technology. Penny is a trustee of the Royal Flying Doctors Service, Friends in the United Kingdom. Penny is passionate about sponsoring and supporting emerging talent.
