I am a mother, daughter, wife, sister, friend and business leader with a real passion for improving people’s experience at work. I have always had an interest in people, so combined Psychology with Commerce at University and from then, entered the world of professional services working with clients to get better business results through people. I developed my core consulting skills working with clients who were going through large scale technology led transformations in the UK and Australia. From 2011, I worked predominantly with government clients on their workforce issues and challenges. Key highlights included the work I did with NSW Government on their Leadership Academy, Workforce and Diversity Strategy, and a Career Sponsorship program. From April 2020, I took on the responsibility for the Human Capital Consulting division. This business has a turnover of $200M with over 600 people operating across Australia. We work with leaders in every industry to improve business performance by reimagining their organisation’s work, workforces and workplaces. We combine technology with the human experience to unlock innovation and create meaningful work. In doing so, we provide organisation’s with their greatest competitive advantage – a productive and engaged workforce that drives greater business outcomes. In June 2021 I took on responsibility for our firm’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion agenda and in February 2022 I joined the Deloitte Australia Executive Team. I am responsible for our Talent, Workforce and Diversity Equity and Inclusion agendas. My role is to set the workforce strategy with our Executive and support our business in the execution of this.
