Rachna Gandhi-Arora

Dr Rachna Gandhi is the Global Chief Data & Digital Officer Ramsay Health Care. Rachna is an experienced multi-industry, ASX 30 and public sector executive. She has held roles across strategy, operations and digital, and has a track record in delivering transformations that achieve world class customer experience and growth in highly regulated and complex environments. Rachna has extensive experience working with regulators, industrial relations, government, and media. Rachna has previously held positions where she was responsible for the customer service and digital transformation agenda, and global operations at Westpac (global team of 9,000), and Suncorp. Rachna’s leadership experience also extends to her time in the public sector as CEO of Service NSW (team of 4,500) which radically transformed government service delivery. Service NSW is regarded as best practice in customer centric service and digital transformation. During Rachna’s time as CEO, Service NSW was ranked 24th on ‘AFR Top 50 Most Innovative Companies’ list. Rachna has led teams globally and is passionate about building diverse, high-performing, and customer obsessed teams. Rachna is passionate about mentoring young women leaders and in 2016 she featured in ‘The World We See’ publication, a compilation of personal letters from Australia's leading CEO's on their vision for next generation leaders. Rachna was also a Finalist for the Telstra Businesswomen of Year 2017 Award. Rachna has a Bachelor of Business, and a Doctor of Philosophy. She has undertaken executive programmes in Leadership, and Leading Strategic Transformations and Culture Renewal from Stanford University and Harvard University.
