Raelene Murphy is an experienced Non-Executive Director with a portfolio of Companies in the listed and unlisted arena. She has a history of delivering growth in TSR and is a respected Audit and Risk Chair. Prior to moving to a Non-executive Director portfolio, Raelene had a successful career as an executive with broad experience in both the Profession, as a partner specialising in business transformation and in the private arena, as a CEO of the Delta Group-a leading national construction company which she grew to be the largest in the sector over the 7 years that Raelene led the Company. In addition to her role as CEO, Raelene held various senior executive positions with the Mars Corporation and other private companies across strategy, operations and finance. Raelene is an effective networker with strong relationship and business development skills and proven business building credentials. In 2013, as a managing director at Korda Mentha, she led the strategic review of the NBN which chartered the next phase of the NBN with the support of Malcolm Turnbull. Raelene is solutions driven and a practical professional with a track record of delivering change and turnaround in business performance across a broad range of industries and complex environments.
