Rebecca Dee-Bradbury

Rebecca is a Director BlueScope Steel Ltd (ASX) Australian Foundation Investment Company (ASX) and Energy Australia Holdings Ltd.
As a Non-Executive, Rebecca has continued to work with companies experiencing transformation, sectorial transition and /or pursuing a growth agenda in the pursuit of strong returns and community outcomes.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has participated in several industry policy leadership forums, including the Prime Minister’s Manufacturing Leaders Group (Food and Agriculture Representative) and the Federal Government’s Strategic Advisory Board on Australia in the Asian Century. She was an inaugural member of the Business Advisory Board for Monash Business School.
In her previous roles as CEO she developed expertise in culture led transformation, technology and digitisation, innovation, and strategic marketing & customer relationship management. She is an advocate for diversity and inclusion and building future readiness in businesses and in the community.
In 2013 Rebecca was named the joint Winner of Board and Management Section at the Westpac AFR Women of Influence Awards. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and Distinguished Alumni Award from Monash University and was previously an Honorary Fellow at Melbourne University (Business and Economics Faculty).
