Most recently as Chief Executive for a $30b rail mega-project in Australia. Prior senior executive roles have ranged through policy & regulation, strategy & portfolio management, stakeholder, operations, safety leadership and reputation management. My strengths are in building and leading teams, creating clarity of purpose and vision, driving change to address key risks, and in helping individuals reach their professional potential. I enjoy engaging stakeholders to listen, build relationships, and find opportunities to collaborate.
