    Renae is the Chief Executive Partner, Australia for King & Wood Mallesons (KWM). Previously she was the Managing Partner, Clients and Mergers & Acquisitions responsible for the firm’s client and sector strategy and prior to that a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice, specialising in telecommunications, commercial projects and regulated access. Renae was the client relationship partner for one of KWM’s largest clients, Telstra, for a number of years, and co-led the King & Wood Mallesons’ team advising Telstra on its national broadband network negotiations with the Australian government. She has acted for major telecommunications companies in Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, UK and Europe, and has been involved in World Bank telecommunications projects in developing countries.
