    Rose is the Chief Member Officer at AustralianSuper, the 16th largest pension fund globally. She is accountable for the Fund’s brand, member growth and ensuring that all members enjoy a seamless journey with best-in-class member engagement and experience. This includes members having access to leading products and services, and trustworthy guidance and advice to achieve their best financial position in retirement. Rose joined the Fund in 2010 and was appointed Group Executive Membership in December 2016. Rose has held several growth roles and managed multiple industry fund mergers and corporate transitions for the Fund. Prior to joining AustralianSuper, Rose was a National Director at the Finance Sector Union of Australia. Rose holds a Bachelor of Economics (Social Sciences) from the University of Sydney, a Diploma of Financial Planning and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
