Sally Collins
"Sally joined HESTA in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for managing the financial, tax and accounting processes, legal matters, facilities and corporate sustainability and HESTA’s project execution and governance teams.
Sally is an experienced financial services executive with over 25 years’ experience in senior leadership roles at a range of global and Australian companies. Her roles have included financial management, transformational change and program execution, people leadership, business operations, technology and digital strategy and data and analytics design and operations.
Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma in Financial Planning and Graduate Diploma Applied Science. She is also Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and attended the INSEAD Advanced Management Program in 2022 as the Chief Executive Women (CEW) scholarship recipient. Sally is the non-Executive Chair of Autism Awareness Australia (AAA).
Sally is an advocate for gender workplace issues and in 2016, was the recipient of the Financial Executive Women (FEW) positive progression of women’s careers award for her work in coaching mentoring women with a specific focus on supporting flexible working. She is also the author of a non-fiction book Stepmother Love published by Simon and Schuster in 2014.
