Sally Fielke

Sally Fielke

Sally has over 20 years’ experience in CEO and senior management roles and is currently the General Manager Corporate Affairs of Coles Group Limited, a $22 billion market cap, ASX Top 20 company.

 

She has a strong legal background having practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, liquor and gaming licensing and mining, both in private practice and in-house for an ASX-listed mining company. Subsequent to leaving legal practice, Sally undertook the Chief Executive role of the AHA(NT) and then Chief Executive of the AHA(NSW) where she honed her political advocacy skills working across local, state and federal government and stakeholder engagement skills working with a broad cohort of members, associated businesses and other key stakeholders. Before moving to Coles Group, Sally was the General Manager Corporate Affairs for Sydney Airport, an ASX-listed infrastructure company.

 

Sally is currently on the board of the Rugby Union Players Association and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. She is also chair of Coles’ Gender Balance Committee. Prior to joining Coles Group, Sally also held a number of board roles on Committee for Sydney (including Audit & Risk Committee Member), Tourism Transport Forum (both Fiduciary Board and Advisory Board) and NSW Kids in Need. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
