Sally Franklin

Sally Franklin is Group Executive, Real Estate Services & Business Operations for Investa, an ASX100 company. She is responsible for the asset, property and facilities management, capital projects, and sustainability, environment and safety functions across the platform. Sally has over 16 years of experience in the commercial property industry and, prior to joining Investa as National Head of Asset Services in 2007, she was Fund Manager for the MacarthurCook Office Property Trust. Previously, Sally held the positions of National Strategy and Planning Manager at Telstra, Property Consultant at UrbisJHD and was a valuer at CB Richard Ellis. Sally holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Property from RMIT, an Estate Agents Licence (Victoria and Queensland) and is a qualified AAPI valuer. Sally is an active mentor in the Property Council of Australia's (PCA) Women in Property Mentoring Program and a sponsor of the PCA 100 Women in Property Program, developing the professional network of women within the sector. A member of Investa's Diversity Committee, Sally speaks externally on the topic, most recently at the Women in Property Conference in Sydney in 2017. She has challenged the traditional design of jobs in her business area, resulting in a high proportion of Investa's General Manager roles being held by women working flexibly.
