    I have over 35 years experience working in the government and for purpose sectors in operational , management , policy , project and research roles . I have spent most of my career to date in the health , disability and aged care industries. I have qualifications in nursing, psychology, research and management . Currently I am CEO of Benetas a health and aged care provider in Victoria .I am currently a Director on the Board of Anglicare Australia and have held a range of board positions, including Community Chefs and the Aged Care Workforce Industry Council.
