Sandra Parker PSM GAICD
Sandra is an experienced CEO and senior executive with public sector appointments including the Fair Work Ombudsman (2018-2023), Deputy Secretary Workplace Relations and Deputy Secretary Employment in the Commonwealth government.
Since completing her term as Fair Work Ombudsman, Sandra has been CEO of the Jeff Whalan Learning Group, and a facilitator of peer learning groups, working with public sector CEOs and executives from Australia and New Zealand to life and sustain their performance and excel in their job, career and personal life.
Sandra is an Alumni of the Harvard Kennedy School and a graduate of the AICD. She was awarded a Public Service Medal in 2018 for outstanding services to workplace relations.
Sandra was a member of the Respect@Work Council established by the Commonwealth Government to drive implementation of the recommendations from the national review of workplace sexual harassment. She was appointed a member of the Australia and New Zealand School of Government Alumni Council from 2021-23.
