    I was elected to K&L Gates' Australian Board in 2019 and am currently the only female board member. This role requires me to contribute with respect to governance issues, financial performance, diversity and inclusion. I am the Practice Area Leader for K&L Gates' Global Real Estate and Construction practice and I have been in that role since April 2015. As Practice Area Leader I manage a diverse team of 38 lawyers across the Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth offices as well as the provide strategic guidance to the Global Real Estate and Construction Practice.
