Sarah Cook OLY

Sarah Cook is the Chief Executive Officer of Rowing Australia and a two-time Olympian, bringing over two decades of experience in high-performance sport as an athlete, coach, commentator, and executive leader. A twelve-time Australian representative in the sports of Rowing and Sailing, Sarah competed at the Beijing 2008 and London 2012 Olympic Games in the sport of Rowing.
Since retiring from international competition, Sarah has built a respected career in sports administration, holding leadership roles across rowing, sailing, and baseball. She is a passionate advocate for athlete wellbeing, integrity, and gender equity, and is a proud member of the Champions of Change Coalition, working to accelerate gender equality across the sporting sector.
In addition to her role as CEO of Rowing Australia, Sarah contributes to the global rowing community as a member of the World Rowing Council and as a Steward of Henley Royal Regatta. Her international leadership reflects her commitment to advancing the sport both on and off the water.
