Our members share a unifying goal: to remove systemic barriers and create pipelines that enable Australian women to rise to leadership positions in their communities. This ensures a diversity of women's voices at every decision-making table while supporting both women and men to thrive—at work and home.
Sarah Anne Kruger

After studying Finance and receiving my Professional Qualifications in Accounting I built foundational financial experience before moving into Consulting, focusing on organisational and people related change. Following a 20+ year career in Consulting, servicing Australian Businesses (ASX 100) and Government Agencies I took on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Accenture Australia and New Zealand. As the CHRO I was a core member of the Executive Leadership Team (C-Suite) with ultimate responsibility for people.
I am a human centred and values driven leader focusing on people. This focus combined with my finance background has enabled me to handle the day-to-day challenges of a business that is based on human capital and simultaneously set the strategic direction. Relationships are key and the focus of the work I do, I thrive when connecting with people, to embed change, improve teams, processes and deliver on efficiency gains.
I am passionate about Inclusion & Diversity and the importance of women supporting women, which is why I love playing an active role as a Minerva Mentor and a part of the Minerva Sports Boards Working Group.
Complementing my professional career, I am active in my rural community as a Beef and Lamb Producer. I play a role in Chairing and sitting on boards and committees across sport, education and community organisations.
