Sarah Turner

Sarah is a partner in Gilbert + Tobin’s Tier 1 Perth Corporate Advisory practice, which has been ranked number one by WA Business News in both Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) categories for several years running. She is widely regarded as the "go-to" ECM specialist in Perth. Sarah has over 20 years’ experience advising on ECM transactions, M&A (particularly takeovers and schemes of arrangement), securities law and Listing Rule matters and general corporate advisory and governance work. From 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024, she was responsible for Perth based G+T capital raising transactions raising over approximately $1.1 billion. For M&A matters from the same period, Sarah was responsible for $27.7 billion worth of Perth transactions. Sarah is on the G+T board of partners and is the WA Chair of the Law Council of Australia Business Law Section Corporations Committee.
