    Sharon Miles
    Sharon Miles leads executive search consulting firm Spencer Stuart's Australian operations. In addition, she leads the firm's Financial Officer practice in Australia and New Zealand and co-leads the practice in Asia Pacific. Sharon commenced her career in the Audit practice of KPMG in South Africa, later relocating with the firm to London and Melbourne. Subsequently she joined Ansett, where she held senior roles in finance, aircraft operations, workforce improvement and business recovery. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Sharon was Chief Operating Officer of Metro and Regional Banking at ANZ Banking Corporation and previously spent two years heading the Sustainable Energy Authority of Victoria. Sharon is a former Board member of YWCA Victoria, Cancer Council of Victoria and Department of Industry, Innovation and Regional Development
