Sheena Jack

Sheena Jack was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Hospitals Contribution Fund of Australia (HCF) in 2017 to oversee a significant transformation program that has been developed over the last 18 months, including new product design, operating systems, and distribution. She has been a key member of the HCF executive team for more than ten years, first as Chief Financial Officer and then as Chief Strategy Officer from 2014. During her time at HCF, she has been the driving force behind the HCF 2020 Strategy, the strategic roadmap for the business, and the development of HCF Catalyst, the first major corporate accelerator program supporting Health Tech startups. Prior to joining HCF, Sheena held senior roles in finance, strategy, operations and transformation with MBF Australia and Insurance Australia Group. Sheena has also played a key role in creating and building ClearView, a provider of a range of investment, superannuation, retirement and life insurance solutions through ClearView financial planners, independent financial advisers and strategic partners. Sheena holds a Bachelor of Arts (Accountancy) from the University of South Australia, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a Registered Company Secretary and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. An advocate for women within HCF, Sheena has taken the opportunity to promote diversity in the industry with HCF Catalyst focusing this year's program specifically on encouraging women in the health-tech space, with five female-led start-ups pitching their business to investors.
