Skipp is MD of Partners in Performance (PIP) which she founded in 1996. PIP is a global consulting firm that specialises in delivering rapid, sustainable improvements in organisations. The firm has a dominant client base in mining, metals, transport, construction and other heavy asset industries. It has established practices in North and South America, Southern Africa, Western Europe, Former Soviet Union and Australasia. Prior to PIP, Skipp worked in engineering and for McKinsey & Company.
