Skye Mason

Skye Mason is an experienced business executive and company director. Skye has over 20 years of leadership and industry experience including direct P&L accountability and responsibility for business transformation and growth initiatives. She has had a diverse career both domestically in Australia and internationally. She is currently Director of Strategy and Conversion for the Lendlease Construction Business, where she is responsible for the strategy, identification of new work and its successful conversion for the business. Skye’s expertise includes strategy, risk management, building diverse teams, organisational development, and cultural change. Skye is a Board Member on the NSW Architects Registration Board and the Australian Constructors Association. She is a member of the Women’s College University of Sydney Building and Development Committee and also acts as an adviser and advocate for Lendlease in the Culture in the Construction Industry Taskforce. Skye is a highly respected leader who is passionate about growing and developing talent within the industry.
