Sneza Pelusi

Sneza is the Managing Partner of Deloitte Private, an integrated team of professionals that serves private companies, high-net-worth individuals and the not-for-profit sector. An accomplished leader, Sneza is focused on developing talent within the firm and ensuring that the privileged role of trusted advisor remains core to the client service experience. Sneza started her Deloitte career as an auditor in Perth in 1991, before moving to the Melbourne office to develop her career in the Deloitte Private and Assurance practices. While leader of Deloitte's Melbourne Assurance and Advisory Group, Sneza oversaw a significant renewal of partner capability and talent through the nurturing of internal talent and lateral partner hires. She achieved significant growth of the group through conversion of major new audit clients, and led significant client engagements such as Melbourne Airport, IXOM (formerly Orica Chemicals) and John Holland Group. Sneza is an active mentor and sponsor of women in leadership. As the head of Deloitte's Partner Development Program for talented partners under 40, Sneza championed the program's role in developing a pipeline for future female leaders. On her transition to leader of Deloitte Private, she has appointed two female partners to lead significant businesses in each of the Melbourne and Sydney practices. She has also promoted a female partner to leader of Deloitte Private, Sydney, and included her on the Deloitte Private executive. Of the nine-person Deloitte Private executive, four are female.
