Stacey Tomasoni

Stacey Tomasoni is an experienced leader with a deep belief in technology as an enabler for critical business outcomes, driving greater productivity and creating better experiences for employees and customers. With a career focused on enhancing employee and customer experiences, Stacey is driven to help organisations unlock capacity through tech and operational excellence.
She has led large-scale transformations, integrating people, processes, and technology to drive organisational change and for more than 15 years she has held senior leadership roles at Datacom, one of Australasia’s largest homegrown technology companies.
As a member of the Group Executive team, Stacey leads Datacom’s Managed Operations business, overseeing a workforce of over 2700 people within the Datacom Group in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. This is a business that prides itself on being the trusted, high value partner for modern IT and business operations for some of Australia and New Zealand’s largest and most critical public and private organisations.
Stacey’s leadership mantra is about creating space for what matters and creating the right conditions for people to reach their potential and to unlock new possibilities. She is passionate about the intersection of human experience and technology, guiding a diverse workforce to help customers navigate the evolving tech landscape and make informed, practical choices. Part of that has required a thoughtful orchestration of partner ecosystems that are truly centred around customer outcomes. Stacey also holds a board role with Auscontact – the Australian Contact Centre Association, helping to guide the ongoing evolution of customer and employee experiences.
A strong advocate for talent development, Stacey has established learning hubs and pathways at Datacom, generating significant economic benefits in the regions they operate. She is also passionate about helping other women progress their careers and is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) in Australia.
Stacey holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and continues to pursue further education and to promote a culture of continuous learning and curiosity within her wider team. Stacey’s core personal values are courage, connection and gratitude, and she is kept grounded by her four children under 15.
