Stephanie Charles

Stephanie is a Deal Partner (focused on investments in Consumer Products & Services) and Head of Capital Markets at BGH Capital. Prior to her career in private equity, Stephanie was a Managing Director in the investment banking division at Credit Suisse, based in Melbourne. Stephanie spent nearly fourteen years at Credit Suisse and was Head of Retail, Consumer, Healthcare and Chemicals for Australia. Prior to that, Stephanie worked for four years in the investment banking division of Citigroup in Australia and New York and spent almost three years as a lawyer at Allens Linklaters.

Stephanie is a director of Navitas, Village Roadshow, Laurent and Hazeldene’s and currently serves on the Australian Takeovers Panel.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Melbourne (Honours)
