Supriya Singh

With over 25 years of experience in consumer goods and health, Supriya has had a robust international career that began with Procter & Gamble in Australia and ASEAN. Her ability to grow these markets led her to a Marketing Director post for Pantene where she designed the first pan-Asia innovation program for the brand. This stint was followed by leading the Hair Colour portfolio both for the Wella and Clairol megabrands within Asia where she successfully integrated the acquisitions while delivering +20% growth. In 2013, Supriya took on a new challenge as the head of the Japan e-commerce business across all categories – a role which allowed her to set the vision and key strategic choices for the channel. From there she went on to lead the Oral Care category for Asia, where she led the successful launch of toothpaste into new geographies. In 2018 , Supriya joined L’Oreal as the Managing Director for the Philippines, making her the first female country manager for the subsidiary. She led mega-brands such as Maybelline New York, L’Oréal Paris, L’Oreal Professional, Kerastase and Kiehls across three divisions and support functions. In 2021, Supriya returned to Australia to become the Australia & New Zealand Managing Director for McPhersons, where she led a portfolio of leading Health and Beauty brands. In 2024, Supriya joined Blackmores as the Australia & New Zealand Managing Director, responsible for leading it’s biggest and most profitable home market, across a portfolio of 3 leading Health Brands – Blackmores, BioCeuticals and PAW.
