Susan Wynne
An experienced and respected leader with more than 30 years working in complex and diverse areas with experience in listed, private, corporate and political sectors. A demonstrated history of delivering strong engagement, financial returns and positive outcomes matched with a commitment to corporate social responsibility, innovation, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Since September 2008) worked as an elected representative in Local Government as Vaucluse Ward Councillor at Woollahra Council. During this time, elected Mayor of Woollahra in 2011-12 becoming the youngest ever female in this role and only the 9th woman in over 150 years. Held the position of Deputy Mayor from 2015-2018 and was elected again as Mayor in 2019-2023. Retired from Local Government in September 2024 and was awarded the title and honour of Emeritus Mayor by Local Government NSW. Currently CEO of Litigation Lending Services, as well as as extensive experience as a Non-Executive Director with the ASX listed and private companies as well as being a business coach and mentor. A strong advocate for positive social change having recently completed 4 year term of as National Chair of Red Cross Society of Women Leaders and am also a member of the Sapphire Committee focused on Ocean Conservation. A Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors and Affiliate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
