Suzanne Holden

Prior to taking on the role as CEO at Sydney Trains, Suzanne Holden was Chief Executive Officer of Fund Administration at ASX100 company Link Group where she was responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the operational management to deliver products and services to over 10 million superannuation members. Suzanne has over 30 years of experience managing large operational and customer service teams. Suzanne has been a Director of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia since 2015. Previously she served as a General Manager Airport Operations for Qantas where she was responsible for all operational, compliance and service performance across the Australian Airport Operation. Prior roles at Qantas and British Airways, where she spent 15 years, include General Manager, Crew Resourcing and Delivery and Senior Manager Service Delivery. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Mathematics and Drama from Surrey University, a Diploma of Business Administration from Lancaster University and attended the Senior Executive Program at MGSM in 2009. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Suzanne is a strong supporter of women in the workplace and has, on a number of occasions led the way by becoming the first woman to take on a number of her roles throughout her career. In addition to coaching and mentoring women, Suzanne has also been an active supporter of a number of charities such as the Mother's Day Classic and was recently recognised for her contribution to fundraising for breast cancer research.
