    Suzie Gough

    Suzie is a senior partner at Deloitte and has over 30 years professional services experience. As the Deloitte Global & Asia Pacific Performance and Delivery Excellence Leader, Suzie is responsible for elevating delivery quality to improve client outcomes, enhance the talent experience, and capture value; as well as protecting the Deloitte brand. Suzie leads a geographical dispersed team. Suzie is a member of Deloitte’s Global and Asia Pacific Consulting Executive Teams, as well as the Global and Asia Pacific Risk Executives.

    Suzie has gained extensive international experience having lived and worked in Melbourne, London and Hong Kong, where she had an Asia Pacific role.

    Suzie is passionate about empowering and developing others to realise their full potential. In particular she is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion through her leadership of Deloitte Australia’s Inspiring Women program (2018 – 2021).
