    As an MBA qualified commercial lawyer with international experience at top-tier investment banks, Gabrielle had a diverse senior executive experience before a period of public service in the NSW Government. Gabrielle was a Cabinet Minister of a reforming Government with a $100b budget and over 450,000 employees that transformed the State’s economy, infrastructure and digital engagement. A Senior Minister leading several Departments, Gabrielle defined the strategic priorities, oversighted budgets and major project delivery with high profile risks and diverse stakeholders for sustainable outcomes for over 8 million people across NSW. Since leaving Government Gabrielle is pursuing a NED career that already includes some of Australia’s most recognised organisations such as O’Connell Street Associates, an independent director office.
