    Tiffany is a professional non-executive director with over ten years experience on public, private and non-for-profit Boards including Chair or a number of Audit & Risk Committees. Tiffany’s executive career spanned over 20 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Funds Management, Corporate Finance and Chartered Accounting.   Tiffany is skilled in Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment management, Strategy, Governance and Risk Management with a focus on the Technology, Financial Services and Retail industries.
