    Toni Korsanos

    Toni Korsanos

    Toni Korsanos has extensive senior executive experience, with an emphasis on technology, strategy, cross border M&A, debt and equity markets, investor relations, business and cultural transformation, global supply chain, business integration, governance and risk management. 

    Toni was Chief Financial Officer of ASX-listed Aristocrat Leisure Limited between 2009 and 2018, where she also served as Company Secretary from 2011. During her career with Aristocrat, Ms Korsanos gained a significant understanding of the US market and regulatory environment, and led a number of transformational cross-border technology acquisitions. 

    Prior to joining Aristocrat, Toni held senior leadership roles in the fast-moving consumer goods industry for a period of 10 years, including at Goodman Fielder and Kelloggs. Ms Korsanos commenced her career with accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) and has been a Chartered Accountant since 1994.

    Toni is a member of the following boards: Treasury Wine Estates Limited - non executive director & audit committee chair (ASX: TWE), Light & Wonder, Inc.- Executive Vice Chair (formerly known as Scientific Games Corporation) (NASDAQ: LNW), SciPlay Corporation - Chair (NASDAQ: SCPL). Toni is a former director of Crown Resorts Limited (from May 2018 to October 2021), Ardent Leisure Group Limited (from July 2018 to June 2020) and Webjet Limited (from June 2018 to March 2021). 


    In the private sector, in 2019 Toni co-founded a Growth Equity Fund (Ellerston JAADE Fund) which invests in growing private Australian technology companies.

    Toni has a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting & Finance) Degree from Macquarie University, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Graduate of The Australian Institute of Company Directors.
