I am TPG Telecom’s Group Executive Customer and People Experience, reporting to the CEO. TPG Telecom is a listed ASX company following the merger of TPG and Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA) in July 2020. I joined Vodafone Australia in 2006 and performed several senior roles within the company, including General Manager of Business Customer Operations and General Manager Human Resources before being appointed VHA’s Director of Human Resources in 2017. Following the merger with TPG in 2020, I was appointed Group Executive People Experience and then in March 2024 I took on the expanded role of Group Executive Customer and People Experience. In this role, I am responsible for all HR functions, customer operations and customer experience. Prior to joining Vodafone in 2006, I was the Director of my own business for 5 years providing consulting services in HR, operations and call centres. This followed 10 years in financial services at ING and AMP. I have been an active board member of the Vodafone Foundation since 2010 (now called the TPG Telecom Foundation), serving as Chair from 2010 to 2014 and recommencing as Chair from February 2022. Additionally, I have been an Advisory Board Member of the Telco Together Foundation since 2017. In 2019, I became a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
