    Vickki McFadden
    Vickki is the Chairman of The GPT Group (with effect from 2 May 2018) and a non executive director and chair of the audit and risk committees of Newcrest Mining Limited, Tabcorp Holdings Limited and The Myer Family Investments Pty Ltd. Vickki is President of the Takeovers Panel (from 8 March 2013 having been appointed a Panel member in 2008 and an acting President in 2011). She is also a Member of the Advisory Board & Executive Committee, UNSW School of Business. Vickki is the former non executive Chairman of Skilled Group Limited and eftpos Payments Australia Limited and was formerly a non executive director of Leighton Holdings Limited. Vickki is an experienced investment banker and was Managing Director of Investment Banking, Merrill Lynch (Aust) from 1999-2001 and Director, Co-head of Mergers & Acquisitions, Merrill Lynch (Aust) from 1997-1999.
