    Vicky joined Allianz in April 2019, bringing over twenty-five years experience in the Banking & Finance industry in both business and Human Resources roles. She has extensive international experience working with global teams and brings a wealth of energy and expertise working across cultures. In particular, Vicky is passionate about partnering with executive teams to drive cultural change.


    Prior to joining Allianz, Vicky spent 10 years at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), in several Executive General Manager Human Resources (HR) roles in the Wealth, Institutional, Business & Private Banking, and Global Asset Management divisions.

    During her career prior to CBA, Vicky spent several years working in the funds management and funds administration industry with State Street Corporation, based in Sydney covering the Asia Pacific region, London covering the EMEA region in addition to Boston. Vicky repatriated back to Sydney and joined Colonial First State Global Asset Management a division of the CBA Group in 2009.

     

    Vicky holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters in Organisational Development, and is also a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
