    Wendy is an experienced Chair and NED across ASX listed, private and not for profit companies. Her executive background was focused on leading technology and operations in Financial and Insurance Services and included Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer roles at AXA for Australia and NZ, and as Group Executive, Operations at AMP.
