Yuan-Kee Lee Lee

Yuan-Kee Lee started her risk management career as an energy risk specialist for Johnson & Higgins (J&H) in New York in 1986. She relocated to Los Angeles in 1993 as Senior Vice President to head up Asia business development. After the merger of J&H and Marsh &McLennan in 1997, she became Regional Director of Business Development for Asia Region and relocated to Sydney. Yuan-Kee was appointed the Regional Chief Executive of North Asia of the newly named Marsh in 1998. She had also served as the Chairman of Marsh companies in China, Hong Kong and the Philippines between 1999 and 2003. Beginning mid 2004, Yuan-Kee became an independent business consultant for Greater China related business. Her areas of work include business and contract negotiation, corporate governance and internal control, risk management, merger and acquisition due diligence, and business strategy, development and management.
