This program is for Senior Managers and Executives seeking to continue their leadership journey and hone their executive communication and presence for impact.

This workshop will run in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane at venues located in the CBD.

This is a one day in-person experience, delivered from 9am - 5pm.

    Driven by a belief in the power of effective communication and strong relationships, Emma is dedicated to coaching individuals and teams to thrive in positive work environments.

    Emma is a seasoned training and coaching professional with over 16 years' experience in both the public and private sectors. Possessing a unique ability to create engaging and supportive learning environments, she has worked with a diverse clientele, from frontline staff to C-suite executives.

    As a Bid Coach, Emma specialises in preparing Tier 1 contractors for high-stakes client interactions in the infrastructure sector. Her expertise extends to a broad range of leadership and communication programs, including coaching, executive presence, high-performance teams, presentation skills, and conflict management.

    With a distinguished background in the arts, including a NIDA acting degree and a prominent role on the ABC children's television program 'Play School', Emma brings a dynamic and engaging approach to training and facilitation. Her extensive client portfolio encompasses leading Australian organisations such as CBA, Savills Australia, Westpac, CSIRO, Asia Society Australia, Aussie Home Loans, University of Sydney, Western Parkland City Authority, SANO Health, TransUrban, Carlton Football Club, BMD, Fulton Hogan, Vertex, among others.

    Emma holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment, and is a TRACOM-certified trainer in Social Styles™ and the Behavioural EQ Workplace psychometric assessment tool.
