Who should attend the Program?

Women in Senior Management roles from any company, industry or profession who are at the following career stages;

Where is the Program run and how long is it?

This Program runs in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane at venues located in the CBD.

The program is a six-day commitment, divided into two blocks of three days.

Each day runs from 9am - 4pm, with the exception of Day 4 which runs from 9am - 5pm.

How is the Program experience delivered?

Our Program is led by expert Facilitators and CEW Members, with small group coaching, dynamic discussion and collaborative activities at the core of our learning model.

How much does the Program cost?

The cost of the Program is $8,400 + GST.

The Facilitation team are invested in the success of every Participant and provide continuing support throughout this journey. Facilitators authentically share their personal stories of hope and optimism, triumph and adversity in an intimate and courageous way that encourages vulnerability and validates the lived experience of Participants.
