CEW is offering a scholarship to attend the four-week Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, one of the world’s leading and largest international business schools, in France in 2019.


About the program

To be successful in today’s dynamic world, leaders need to consider new – and often confronting – ways of thinking, making decisions and motivating their people. The Advanced Management Program is designed to help C-Suite leaders build exceptional levels of strategic, high-performance and self-aware leadership skills. It focuses on both your organisational and personal impact as a leader. The program is designed to be a transformative experience within a life-long learning journey. Inclusions and obligations


The scholarship includes course fees, return economy class flights, accommodation, and most meals. Applicants must commit to attending the course on the dates specified. The successful applicant must provide a report about their scholarship experience, and may also be required to speak at CEW events.

Who should apply?


We are seeking senior women leaders who aspire to reach further in the future. To be eligible, you must meet the minimum selection criteria:

  • Senior leaders, such as CEOs, CFOs or heads of product divisions, geographical regions or major business units (i.e. Global or Regional lead, CEO, no more than 3 levels down from CEO) in the private, public or not-for-profit sector
  • 10 or more years experience managing teams of 5 or more people, including managers
  • 5 or more years general management experience (i.e. business unit, line or functional management incorporating key responsibilities such as P&L management, strategic planning and people leadership)
  • Australian citizen or resident
