Vicki Brady

Vicki Brady is currently Group Executive Telstra Consumer & Small Business, commencing in the position in September 2017. Vicki has extensive executive leadership experience in telecommunications and services companies both in Australia and internationally. Vicki was Group Managing Director, Telstra Sales & Service between June 2016 and September 2017 and Group Managing Director, Telstra Consumer from June 2016 to June 2017. In this role she was responsible for the implementation of a customer-led strategy and operating plan for Telstra's contact centres, stores, digital channels and business centres, lifting customer experience, commercial performance and driving cultural change. Prior to joining Telstra, Vicki held senior leadership roles with Optus where she was Managing Director, Marketing and Products in Australia. She also held the position of Managing Director, Customer where she led key brand, customer and cultural changes. Previous to this she was Managing Director, Wholesale and Satellite. Vicki also held senior leadership roles with SingTel in Singapore where she was Vice President for Consumer Marketing and Vice President Customer Management. She began her career with KPMG's accounting and finance practice. Vicki has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University and a Master of Science in Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She is a member of the Chartered Accountants ANZ.
